Knitting pattern - Wullpullover
The WULLPULLOVER ('Wull' – 'wool' from 'Plattdeutsch'/Low German) is a rustic raglan sweater that offers both practical and decorative design possibilities. It is worked seamlessly from the bottom up in the round. The sleeves and body are knitted separately and then joined. For additional stability, invisible mock seams can optionally be worked on both the body and sleeves. The raglan seams are created using simple decreases, while the neckline is raised and shaped using cast-offs and short rows. Optionally, the raglan seams can be decorated with crochet cables. Finally, the stitches for the round neck are cast on and worked in a simple rib pattern before the neckline is finished with an elegant sewn cuff.
This sweater is designed to incorporate and complement the natural and unique properties of the yarn and wool of the Pomeranian Sheep. It was specially designed for POMMERNGLÜCK FEIN.
The knitting pattern is also available as part of a knitting kit.
