2. Scope and Applicable Law

2.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between the provider and consumers (§ 13 BGB or equivalent EU definition) via the online shop.

2.2 Swedish law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it is not restricted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country where the consumer has their habitual residence.

3. Subject Matter of the Contract

3.1 The provider sells through the online shop:

  • Physical products 

  • Print-on-demand products

  • Digital content 

3.2 Product presentations in the online shop are non-binding invitations to place an order, not legally binding offers.

4. Conclusion of Contract

4.1 Customers may select products and add them to the shopping cart. By clicking the "Buy now" button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the items in the cart.

4.2 After placing an order, the customer receives an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the order. This does not constitute acceptance of the contract. The contract is only concluded upon explicit acceptance by the provider or by delivery/provision of the goods or digital content.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

5.1 All prices include the applicable statutory VAT (if any) and are exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping costs are displayed separately.

5.2 The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit card

  • PayPal

  • Klarna (availability depending on country)

5.3 Payment is due upon conclusion of the contract. When using a payment service provider, their terms and conditions also apply.

6. Delivery and Provision

6.1 Physical Products
Shipping is available worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination country and product type and are available on the website under "Shipping Information." Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.

6.2 Print-on-Demand Products
These products are individually manufactured after the order is placed. Production may take up to ten (10) business days. Shipping is carried out from Germany, and delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Additional shipping costs apply for print-on-demand products and are shown separately during checkout.

6.3 Digital Products
Digital content (e.g., PDF knitting patterns) will be provided electronically within two (2) business days after conclusion of the contract, either by email or via a personalized download link.

6.4 The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that no technical barriers (such as spam filters or a full mailbox) prevent receipt.

6.5 If a product is unavailable or technical problems prevent provision, the customer will be informed promptly and any payments already made will be refunded.

7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1 Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from contracts for goods within 14 days. The terms, conditions, and model withdrawal form can be found in the withdrawal policy [link].

7.2 For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires early if:

  • the customer has explicitly consented to the immediate performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and

  • the customer has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the provider until full payment has been received.

9. Warranty and Liability

9.1 The statutory warranty rights under Swedish consumer protection law (Konsumentköplagen and Lag om distansavtal) apply.

9.2 The provider is fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.

9.3 For slight negligence, liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations (“cardinal obligations”) and limited to the foreseeable typical damage.

10. Online Dispute Resolution / Consumer Dispute Settlement

10.1 The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10.2 The provider is willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Final Provisions

11.1 Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

11.2 Amendments or additions to these GTC require text form. This also applies to the waiver of this text form requirement.

2. Tillämpningsområde och tillämplig lag

2.1 Dessa allmänna villkor (AGB) gäller för alla avtal mellan leverantören och konsumenter som ingås via webbutiken.

2.2 Svensk lag gäller, med undantag för FN:s konvention om avtal vid internationell försäljning av varor (CISG). För konsumenter gäller detta lagval endast i den utsträckning det inte begränsas av tvingande bestämmelser i lagen i det land där konsumenten har sin vanliga vistelseort.

3. Avtalets föremål

3.1 Leverantören säljer via webbutiken:
- Fysiska produkter (t.ex. textilier eller tillbehör)
- Print-on-demand-produkter (producerade individuellt efter beställning)
- Digitalt innehåll (t.ex. PDF-stickmönster)

3.2 Produktpresentationerna i webbutiken utgör inga bindande erbjudanden utan en inbjudan att lägga ett erbjudande från kundens sida.

4. Avtalsslut

4.1 Kunden kan välja produkter och lägga dem i kundvagnen. Genom att klicka på knappen \"Köp nu\" lämnar kunden ett bindande erbjudande om att köpa varorna i kundvagnen.

4.2 Efter beställning mottar kunden en automatisk orderbekräftelse via e-post. Detta utgör inte accept av avtalet. Avtalet ingås först vid uttryckligt godkännande från leverantören eller genom leverans/tillhandahållande av varorna eller digitalt innehåll.

5. Priser och betalningsvillkor

5.1 Alla priser inkluderar tillämplig moms (om tillämpligt) och exklusive fraktkostnader. Fraktkostnader visas separat.

5.2 Följande betalningsmetoder accepteras:
- Kreditkort
- PayPal
- Klarna (tillgänglighet beroende på land)

5.3 Betalning ska ske vid avtalets ingående. Vid användning av betalningstjänster gäller även deras villkor.

6. Leverans och tillhandahållande

6.1 Fysiska produkter
Frakt erbjuds över hela världen. Fraktkostnader och leveranstider varierar beroende på destination och produkttyp och finns tillgängliga på webbplatsen under \"Fraktinformation.\" Leverans sker till den adress som kunden angivit.

6.2 Print-on-demand-produkter
Dessa produkter tillverkas individuellt efter beställning. Produktionstiden kan uppgå till tio (10) arbetsdagar. Leverans sker därefter från Tyskland, och leveranstider varierar beroende på destinationsland. Ytterligare fraktkostnader tillkommer för print-on-demand-produkter och anges separat i kassan.

6.3 Digitala produkter
Digitalt innehåll (t.ex. PDF-stickmönster) tillhandahålls kunden elektroniskt inom två (2) arbetsdagar efter avtalets ingående, antingen via e-post eller genom en personlig nedladdningslänk.

6.4 Kunden ansvarar för att ange en giltig e-postadress och säkerställa att inga tekniska hinder (t.ex. skräppostfilter eller full brevlåda) förhindrar mottagandet.

6.5 Om en produkt är otillgänglig eller tekniska problem uppstår vid tillhandahållandet, informeras kunden omedelbart och redan erlagda betalningar återbetalas.

7. Ångerrätt

7.1 Konsumenter har enligt lag 14 dagars ångerrätt vid köp av varor. Villkor, tidsfrister och ett standardformulär finns i ångerveiledningen.

7.2 Vid digitalt innehåll upphör ångerrätten i förtid om:
- kunden uttryckligen samtyckt till omedelbart genomförande av avtalet före ångerrättens utgång, och
- kunden bekräftat att denne därmed förlorar sin ångerrätt.

8. Äganderättsförbehåll

Produkterna förblir leverantörens egendom tills full betalning erlagts.

9. Garanti och ansvar

9.1 Lagstadgade garantier enligt svensk konsumentskyddslag (Konsumentköplagen och Lag om distansavtal) gäller.

9.2 Leverantören ansvarar fullt ut för skador orsakade av personskada eller uppsåtlig eller grov vårdslöshet.

9.3 Vid ringa vårdslöshet begränsas ansvaret till väsentliga avtalsförpliktelser (“kardinalskyldigheter”) och typisk förutsägbar skada.

10. Online-tvister / Konsumenttvistlösning

10.1 EU-kommissionen tillhandahåller en plattform för online-tvister på https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10.2 Leverantören är villig att delta i tvistlösningsförfaranden hos en konsumentmedlingsinstans.

11. Slutbestämmelser

11.1 Om en bestämmelse i dessa villkor är eller blir ogiltig påverkar detta inte giltigheten av de övriga bestämmelserna.

11.2 Ändringar eller tillägg till dessa villkor kräver skriftform. Detta gäller även upphävandet av denna formkravsbestämmelse.
