You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

• you or a third party (not the carrier) received the goods, or

• in the case of partial deliveries, the day you received the last item.

You cas use the EU withdrawal form on the bottom of this page, but it is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges (but not any extra costs for express shipping), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return.

Return of Goods

You must send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Effekter av ånger

Om du ångrar detta avtal återbetalar vi alla betalningar som vi har mottagit från dig, inklusive standardfraktkostnader (men inte eventuella extra kostnader för expressfrakt), utan onödigt dröjsmål och senast 14 dagar efter att vi har informerats om ditt beslut.

Återbetalningen kommer att göras med samma betalningsmetod som du använde, om inte annat avtalats. Inga avgifter kommer att tas ut för återbetalningen.

Vi kan hålla inne återbetalningen tills vi har mottagit de returnerade varorna eller du har lämnat bevis på returnering.

Retur av varor

Du måste skicka tillbaka varorna till oss utan onödigt dröjsmål och under alla omständigheter senast 14 dagar från den dag du informerade oss om din ånger.

Du ansvarar för de direkta kostnaderna för att returnera varorna, om inte annat avtalats.

Du ansvarar endast för minskat värde på varorna som uppstår till följd av hantering utöver vad som är nödvändigt för att fastställa varornas art, egenskaper och funktion.
