Community Terms Of Use

1. General

These Terms of Use govern the participation in the online community calling sheep Community (“Community”), operated by calling sheep, Vivianne Vollenweider, Hangvar Elinghem 217, 62454 Lärbro, Sweden, 7904094401 (“we”, “us”).
By signing up, you enter into a membership agreement with our Community and agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Services

  • The Community provides access to a private online platform where members can share content, participate in discussions, and attend events.
  • The exact scope of services is described on our landing page.

  • We may add, modify, or discontinue features where this is reasonable and the core benefits remain unaffected.

3. Membership, Contract Formation, and Payments

  • The contract is concluded when you confirm your membership and complete the payment.

  • Membership is subject to a fee, unless a free trial period has been expressly agreed.

  • The fees, billing intervals, and cancellation terms are indicated on the landing page and displayed before you complete your registration.

  • Payment is processed via the payment services offered by Mighty Networks.

  • All prices include the applicable VAT.

4. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your membership at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

  • Cancellations are made through your Mighty Networks account settings.

  • We reserve the right to terminate your membership without notice for cause, e.g., in the event of serious violations of these Terms of Use.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Members agree to act respectfully and in compliance with the law.

  • The following are specifically prohibited:

    • Insults, hate speech, discrimination

    • Content that infringes copyrights or other third-party rights

    • Advertising without our consent

    • Spam or automated messages

  • We may moderate or delete content, or restrict access, if it violates these rules.

6. Content and Copyright

  • You retain the rights to any content you post but grant us a simple, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display your content within the Community.

  • You are responsible for the content you share.

7. Liability

  • We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health.

  • In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (“cardinal obligations”), and only for the foreseeable, typical damage.

  • We make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability of the platform.

8. Data Protection

  • Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • This can be accessed at any time via the link on our landing page.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms of Use if required by legal changes or technical adjustments. Changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect, either by email or via the platform.
If you do not object within this period, the changes will be deemed accepted.

10. Governing Law

  • Swedish law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

  • Mandatory consumer protection rights of your country of residence remain unaffected.

  • You may also resolve disputes via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
