Knitting pattern - Asterie
The Asteria sweater is worked seamlessly from top to bottom. The stitches for the neckline are cast on, then Short rows are worked to lengthen the back. Then, the structured yoke is worked, and more short rows are worked to slope the neckline forward. Once the yoke is finished, the sleeve stitches are placed on hold, and the body is worked in the round to the cuff. For the body, you can choose whether to work the sweater with or without horizontal bust darts and/or tapered body. Finally, the sleeves are worked top down in the round.
