Description

The Maggie Vest is worked from the top down. First, the back is worked with increases. Then, stitches are cast on at the top of the back for the shoulders, which are knitted in rows of increases and decreases. The shoulders and back are joined below the armholes to form the body, which is worked in rows on the circular needle. Ribbed cuffs are added around the armholes. Finally, facings are knitted along the front edges and neckline.
