Knitting pattern - Cara hat

The Cara Hat is a simple double-knit hat with a turned-up cuff. A true classic that always fits, for both women and men.

The hat is knitted in one piece from the inner to the outer tip. First, stitches are cast on with double-pointed needles and increases are worked. The middle section is then knitted comfortably on a circular needle. For the decreases (= outer tip of the hat), switch back to double-pointed needles. The result is a long knitted tube with two “tips” that is folded at the end to form a double-layered hat.
