Together with Katja, yoga teacher from the beautiful island of Rügen, we do 20 minutes of live yoga especially for knit addicts. We relax exactly the muscles that are most stressed during knitting – so that you can knit in a healthy and pain-free way in the long term. With this recording you can practice regularly!

Who is Katja?
Katja is a yoga teacher for Hatha, Yin and Kundalini yoga and teaches with all her heart. Her motto: "Move your body, touch your heart – so you tame your mind and your soul is nourished." With Herzensyoga Rügen she has created a place for mindfulness, encounter and transformation.
